1/2 stick butter
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c natural peanut butter
3 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 t vanilla
Mix all but the oats together in a saucepan and boil/simmer until smooth over low heat. Once smooth, remove from heat, add your oats and mix quickly till well combined. Drop onto wax paper and let them sit until cool and firm. They store well, but they have a HIGH evap rate around here, so I am going on hearsay on that.
