Cousin Christian's Birthday Party

A lot of kids
Dad and Superboy in a rare shot, as Superboy and Dad tend to butt heads a lot.
My pretty Pony Gal
The birthday boy about to blow out his candles
Cute Superboy feet in some awesome socks :)
Sisterly love between cousins Katy and Sami
A rare shot of Mama and Lovely G, nestled in her pouch as is usually the case. She had her hat on and paci in because it was super loud.

July 4th

Superboy LOOOOVEESSSS wild black raspberries. He seriously inhales them.

And fishing for bullhead catfish. See how active this type of fishing is? That's why I don't like it. Dad likes the fight once the fish bites. I like to have fish bite a lot, rather than wait. Trout fisher woman versus catfish fisherman.

Near the end of our trip we had breakfast in Osceola at the casino. Afterward we stopped to pick up a few things at the Wal Mart. This was an impulse buy. Superboy would not let us leave without it. Seriously. Screams. The boy loves wheels, what can we say?

Good Guys, July 3rd, 2009

Every July 4th holiday we venture out to some car thing. It is generally a rotation of Good Guys Car Show or the Eddyville drag races. This year was Good Guys. There is some talk of going to the Back to the Fifties Show in Minnesota next year. We'll see. I think that one is actually the weekend before the fourth. Dad's goal is to have our Falcon wagon ready to at least drive to one of them. It will be a work in progress for a long time, but that doesn't mean we can't show off the work!
Here are some of the highlights:
Dad and Superboy checking out a '67 Chevy II Nova. Dad wants one of these. Bad.

Gratuitous Wind Turbine Picture

What are the chances a car with a special little girl's name plastered on it would be hanging around. Apparently, pretty good.

A rare picture of Momma
