Being There, quite literally :)
Recently one of our favorite little coffee shop's owner had a small emergency that involved bringing her kids to work. Noticed the post on facebook, gave her a call, and we had an extended stay at the shop so the kids could play her kids, and free her hands up a bit. They enjoyed so much so that they are excited for the next time it happens :)
