This class was fun, and I am definitely glad I took the opportunity to do it! I would love to be able to make it (and others) a regular thing, both at Prairieland and at our place. The ladies were great to work with, and eager learners. I think everyone went home with full tummies and well as lots of ideas to help them work with this great bread dough!
