This cake was made with Kitchen Addiction's Vanilla Bean Cupcake recipe, my fruit crisp filling recipe and Smitten Kitchen's Swiss Meringue Butter Cream Frosting recipe. It was excellent, and most likely will end up a new standby-all parts of it :)

I love Smitten Kitchen, her pictures are always beautiful and her stories are so funny. Basically I want to be her when I grow up.
